Draw your own plan using your own architect or use one of our architects. Don't want to start from scratch? Browse from one of our many plans and tweak
it to work or use it as is. Why? Less brain damage and the inventory of plans sell for $1.25 per square foot plus $60 per hour for changes.
Fine Print
We engage each other in a contract. Plan, cost, schedule, specifications are all determined.
Selling your home
Selling your home? Work with one of our trusted partner real estate brokers to sell your home. Our partner real estate brokers are well versed in the game of pricing, staging, and timing the sale to meet the needs of the new construction timeline and/or budget.
Financing
Paying in cash? Great. If not, meet one of our lenders or brokers and organize the lending details. We have partnered with these bankers for fifteen years. It will be painless.
Permit
We make the application for you and supply the jurisdiction with all the information needed to procure the permit.
Go time
We hit the ground running and aim to please. Our subcontractors are professional craftsman. Our schedules are tight. Our goal is to maximize quality and minimize the customers cost all the while maintaining open communication.
